Undergraduate or Recent Graduate Status
Applicants must be current undergraduates or recent graduates (within the past 2 years as of 2025) from an ASEAN university, demonstrating a strong academic foundation and regional relevance.Demonstrated Leadership & Resourcefulness

National Youth Council – Singapore-ASEAN Youth Fund (SAYF)
The Singapore-ASEAN Youth Fund (SAYF) aims to promote greater interaction among youth in the ASEAN member countries. The Fund supports partnerships among ASEAN youth and youth sector organisations, thus contributing to greater understanding and closer ties within the ASEAN community. The Fund aims to foster unity in ASEAN youths, increase awareness and understanding of ASEAN culture, and forge friendship among ASEAN youths.
